Pastoral Care Years 7-9

Pastoral Care Department had a very hectic schedule last term. The department organised a great range of activities and programs during the last term such as Sirius College Intercampus reading Contest, Family Iftars, After School weekly programs, Saturday Program…etc.

The purpose of the Program is to develop our students into becoming better holistic citizens. We design a variety of activities in order to install common humanistic values, develop social skills and cater for the physical, mental and spiritual needs of the students.

The Pastoral Care department organized AFL father & son excursion at the beginning of the term. It was great to see that our students had amazing time with their friends and fathers at the same time.

On the 25st of May, Pastoral Care Department ran a Reading Contest from the selected books for each level from Year 7 to Year 10 in Sirius College Ibrahim Dellas Campus. I would like to congratulate our Meadow Fair Campus Year 7 and 8 students for their success as they came first in the competition.

Moreover, Ramadan month went very fast with a variety of programs. Our campus hosted an Iftar program with families and teachers. Most of the schools’ parents attended to share bread together.

In addition, we would like to encourage our students to join in our pastoral care camps during holiday time.

Finally, please do not hesitate to contact me at any time to discuss any matters regarding the programs and your son.

Sincerely,
Mr Halis Ozyurek
